Trail walk with difficulty level considered very difficult, requiring the assistance of a highly experienced guide, a spirit of adventure and good physical preparation. In a normal programming is required to camp at least two times during the course of approximately 35 km.

Day 1 - Approximately 15 km
After breakfast, the trek starts in Lençóis, climb toward Sierra Poison, after which pass by Waterfall Palmital and Waterfall Capivara. On this day, overnight camping on Burrow Capivara, for this, we need to have tent, sleeping bag and insulation.
Day 2 - Approximately 8 km
On waking, we will take breakfast to then continued for a walk lasting about two hours to the bottom of the Waterfall Fumaça, where can we take a bath. Overnight camping on Burrow's Fumaça.
Day 3 - Approximately 12 km
After breakfast, we will leave to visit the Waterfall Fumaça on top, with almost 400m of a fall. Toward Caeté-Açú (Capon Valley), we will travel 6 km. Once arriving in the village, district of the city of Palmeiras, we will get to Lençóis by land transport (van, bus or Toyota).
