By Car: From Salvador, drive along the Feira de Santana and BR 116 to the junction of U.S. 242 (Salvador/Brasília). On entering Palms, follow 20 km of dirt road to reach the Capão Valley.
By Bus: In Salvador, the "Real Expresso," buses leave twice every day (leaving at 07h and 14h and arriving at 23:30 and 06:30 respectively).
By Airplane: There is a flight every Saturday from Salvador.

- Ônibus: A partir de Salvador, Real Expresso, 2 horários por dia (07h e 23h30 chegando respectivamente as 14h e 06h30). Translados em Palmeiras para o Capão, custo de R$50 a dividir pelos passageiros.
- Avião: Todo sábado a partir de Salvador com a TRIP, 40 min de viagem.
